Osmancik rice is produced in the Thrace region. Its only difference from baldo is length and width, it is slightly smaller than baldo rice. Osmancik rice has 1st class long grain (Type C) character and it has special color, fragrance and appearance of its own. It comes in 2.500 gr packages.
