Product Acceptance

The rice arriving from different corners of Turkey and the world are accepted into our premises only after a thorough cleanliness check of the transport trucks. Dirty trucks, or even clean trucks that have unwanted odours are considered unsuitable and they are not allowed into the premises.

Quality Control

Quality control staff control the products entering our premises by taking multiple samples from each product on each of the incoming trucks. Samples are tasted and controlled in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex Regulation in our laboratory using latest technology. Those deemed suitable are accepted and the rejected products are sent back ones the required recordings are made and the relevant producer is warned in writing.

Product Acceptance Tests

Samples taken from each product received into our premises are sensitively tested in detail in our laboratories.

Measurement of the whiteness of rice

Identification of damaged, spotted, yellow grains

Identification of unripe of chalkened grains

Identification of red striped grains

Identification of organic foreign material

Identification of inorganic foreign material

Determining the weight of 1.000 grains

Determining the weight of 1.000 small grains
